Move-In Procedures
We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.
What To Expect Move-in Day
Our property has three move-in days –
1. If your contract begins on 08/16/2024, the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/16/2024.
2. If your contract begins on 08/17/2024, the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/17/2024.
3. If your contract begins on 08/18/2024, the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/18/2024.
Please arrive at 250 E 1th St. Bloomington, IN 47408 at your scheduled move in time. When you arrive, please follow the onsite signage and staff instructions to pick up your keys and proceed to the parking garage. Move in times for your assigned building and floor are listed below. Apartment numbers contain 4 digits. The first digit is your building, the second digit is your floor, and the last two are your unit number. For Instance, Apt 2205 is in Building 2, on the second floor, and is unit 05.

Welcome to your move-in day! To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.
- Take 17th St to Dunn St.
- Turn on to 14th St from Dunn St.
- Enter in between building 2 and building 1 and be greeted by a staff member
- If you have a fast pass and opted to pay for parking, you may receive all keys and proceed to the parking garage to park in your assigned space. If you do not pay for parking, you will have to utilize street parking to load and unload.
- If you do not have a fast pass, you will be directed to park and head to the leasing office to complete. a. If you opted to pay for parking, you may move to park in the garage and park in your assigned space.
Fast-Pass Move-In Checklist
We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!
Checklist
On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note that we only accept certified checks; cash and money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/09/2024. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Resident Portal
As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - purchase liability insurance and provide proof of coverage to the leasing office or do nothing. If no action is taken, you will be automatically enrolled in the Landlord Liability Protection Program. Please see attached flyer for more detail.

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Make sure you have created your ResidentPortal. Go paperless and go green! Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to ResidentPortal where you can pay your bill.
